Terms of Service

Welcome to Unity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unity mobile application and services operated by Reza Baz Ghaleh, based in Australia. By using Unity, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unity, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which can be found at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Unity is a productivity and personal growth application that provides:

• Intelligent task and project management
• AI-powered personal development programs
• Voice AI conversation capabilities
• Smart automation and rule-based workflows
• Cross-device synchronization

3. Account Registration

To use Unity, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Create an account using Apple ID or another supported authentication method
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans and Features

Unity offers the following subscription plans with access to premium features:

• Free Plan: 10 minutes of AI conversation time per month, 1 active program maximum, basic programs only, limited conversation templates. No payment required.
• Core Plan: 90 minutes of AI conversation time per month, 1 active program maximum, Task Management Program access, beta features access. Available as Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months) subscription.
• Plus Plan: 180 minutes (3 hours) of AI conversation time per month, 3 active programs maximum, Task Management Program access, premium content. Available as Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months) subscription.
• Pro Plan: 450 minutes (7.5 hours) of AI conversation time per month, 15 active programs maximum, Task Management Program access, everything included. Available as Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months) subscription.

Subscription pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region and currency. All subscriptions provide access to AI-powered personal development programs, voice conversations, intelligent task management, cross-device synchronization, and smart automation features.

4.2 Free Trial

We do not currently offer free trial periods for paid subscriptions. You may use the Free Plan at no cost to evaluate Unity's features before subscribing to a paid plan.

4.3 Subscription Duration and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions are available in two durations:

• Monthly: 1 month duration, renews automatically every month
• Annual: 12 months duration, renews automatically every year (often with savings compared to monthly billing)

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You will be charged for the renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal charge will be at the then-current subscription price.

4.4 Billing and Payment

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Prices are subject to change with advance notice
• No refunds for partial periods or unused portions of subscriptions, except as required by law
• If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, changes take effect immediately, and you may receive prorated credit or charges

4.5 Managing and Canceling Your Subscription

You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription at any time:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Select Unity from the list
• Choose "Cancel Subscription" to cancel, or select a different plan to change your subscription

Alternatively, you can manage subscriptions through the App Store app or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current subscription period.

4.6 Family Sharing

Unity subscriptions do not currently support Apple's Family Sharing feature. Each user must maintain their own individual subscription.

4.7 Subscription Changes

You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing cycle (monthly to annual or vice versa) at any time through your subscription settings. When you change your subscription:

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You may receive a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current subscription.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Billing Cycle Changes: Take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Unity (tasks, notes, projects, etc.). By using Unity, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve our services.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Unity to store or transmit:

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Content that violates others' rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications

6. AI Services and Limitations

6.1 AI-Generated Content

Unity uses AI to provide guidance, suggestions, and conversation. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI advice is for informational purposes only, not professional guidance
• Do not rely solely on AI for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions
• Always verify important information from authoritative sources

6.2 Programs Disclaimer

Unity's programs are designed for personal development and wellness. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. If you have health concerns, consult qualified healthcare professionals.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Unity only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

Unity, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-Party Services

Unity integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Apple Services, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

UNITY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results will be accurate, reliable, or complete
• Defects will be corrected
• The service meets your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNITY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party content or conduct
• Any other matter relating to the service

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unity and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Unity at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use Unity ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Unity after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Unity shall be resolved in accordance with Australian law. Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, they may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Australia.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), constitute the entire agreement between you and Unity regarding your use of the app.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
